Attorney Desrosiers is a native of Des Moines, Iowa. She received her bachelor's degree from Indiana State University, where she was a member of the Women’s Softball Team. Upon graduating, Attorney Desrosiers moved back to Iowa where she worked at Nationwide Insurance in the legal subrogation department handling automotive accident claims. It was handling the auto accident claims, where Attorney Desrosiers decided she wanted to attend law school. Attorney Desrosiers moved to Massachusetts to pursue her law degree at the University of Massachusetts School of Law. After graduation in 2013, Ms. Desrosiers began her career working for a small firm in Fall River before deciding to open her own law office in New Bedford, MA. In 2021 she then joined into a partnership to form Buckley Desrosiers & Associates, P.C., Attorneys at Law.

Attorney Desrosiers practice encompasses family law, juvenile, personal injury and civil litigation.  Attorney Desrosiers also has extensive trial experience in Probate and Family Court, Juvenile Court, and District Court. Attorney Desrosiers is certified in handling Child Protection (C&P) cases and Children Requiring Assistance (CRA) matters. Attorney Desrosiers is also certified in handling Guardianship and Sua Sponte matters out of the Probate and Family Court. Her extensive experience in these areas and selfless service to her clients are the qualities that help her win cases. Attorney Desrosiers is involved in the Attorneys Representing Children (ARC) pro-bono program as well as the Bristol County Probate and Family Court Lawyer of the Day pro-bono program.
